NotifyUs app for iPhone and iPad

NotifyUs is a SmartNote solution from Mobile at Work allowing for Tenants, Landlords and Owners to capture incidents detail and problems to a central desk. Using predefined categories, it combines photos, comments and feedback from multiple people into a single collaboration group.

Tenants, Owners, Landlords and Managing Agents will benefit from this simple logging tool that generates an internal document which details the incident in PDF format.

The information contained in NotifyUs and the SmartNote can be used to initiate the need for a service action from internal Service Teams or external Contractors.

The mobile NotifyUs App is paired with an online browser based Control Desk that allows office-bound administration staff to process the incoming incident and take appropriate action.

Our service plans extend to allowing existing service delivery tools to pull the data from NotifyUs using our API’s for further processing or analysis.
